Custom .260 builders?

Yeah, I'll be in the market for a precision .260 or 6.5x55 & am looking for my options in custom builders, preferably in Canada.

Something like this minus the artillery brake of course.

I have a 700 with a Gaillard 23" 1:8 tube, stainless fluted

sorta an LTR concept

now its more like a hunting rifle with Mcmillan mountain stock and a fixed 6x Leupold

I am just bedding a custom 30 inch Lilja .260 Rem with a Bernard action in a Robertson Composite stock right now...

You may also want to check with the good folks at Milcun. They have a .260 in the works.

Check with some of the active "F" class shooters and see who they recommend. Dennis Sorensen would certainly be a good bet.
Most any gunsmith who is involved in building long range rifles is going to have a reamer for either or both of the cartridges mentioned.
Dennis, I like those Barnard actions. They are really nicely made. I'm presently building a Light Varmint rifle on one of the small ones. Good stuff. Regards, Bill.
