Finally got some sun to take a cpl pictures. Dennis(guntech) just finished this for me last week.

Remington 700 LA in 6.5x55
Blueprinted action, trigger set to 2.5 lbs, bedded, bolt face beveled for Lapua brass.
Gaillard #3 stainless fluted barrel at 23"
Mcmillan Remington hunter stock in 60% black, 20% OD, 10% tan
Talley lightweight 30mm rings
Scope is a Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x40 M3 with illuminated TMR reticle
PT&G Obendorf bottom metal

Nice rig, I've always had a little thing for the 6.5x55 and someday will have one, probably the AI version, strictly because it looks cooler lol.

Are you sure your in the right forum? It almost looks like there are some quality components on that thing...;)

I already have a 7mm-08 AI and a 35 Whelen AI, thought I would go with just the standard chambering on this one. And all those quality components were bought here on the EE. The only thing I bought was the PT&G bottom metal.:D:D:D:D:D

Very nice rig. Glad it all worked out for you. Now send some lead down range and we can enjoy the teeny tiny groups.

By the way, the grass is fake and photoshopped.

Psssstt, don't tell them we we have grass and heat or they will all want to move.

I hear some can't see the fence posts yet :)
