we do production MFG of our parts, AR bbls are run 200-500 at a time as are most of our shotgun parts

I want to like them but all their infighting and company break ups left the customer out in the cold for too long.

I second Jury Barrels in Red Deer. I personally haven't had one done by him, but a friend of mine has. He apparently does excellent work. Some of the local F-class shooters use his barrel blanks. Check out his facebook as others has suggested, some cool videos or his equipment working!
ATRS also does excellent work. They also have excellent customer service. I LOVE my modern hunter. His AT15 uppers & lowers are excellent! I know they profile barrels from blanks, you will have to check with them.
I've dealt with Dlask a few times, I will try & avoid them in the future.

I have three of them, a 20 & a 6.5 cal built already with a 25 cal waiting to be built. I believe that ATRS has used several of Bob's barrels, as well Bob Galloway in Rocky Mountain House and an Alberta shooter shot a new record with one (don't remember what competition - it wasn't on an AR)
