Custom barrels for swiss arms ???

I have a new SA blk spc , Does anyone know if there is a gun smith in Canada who can custom make a new barrel , I would like to replace the factory one with a custom chamber ( shorter free bore ) a custom muzzle brake , and a target style barrel dia.
