These guns are restricted anyways, so why not take advantage.

Call tooth and nail armory I talked to them awhile back and they will do a 14" and retread for chokes but they need the gun down there to do it so it's kind of cost prohibitive. I was thinking about going to one of their 3 gun matches and going a week early and they would do it well I was down there. That plan the hard part is convincing the wife to spend a week or so of our summer holidays camped at a gun range in the middle of Missouri
