Custom reamers in Canada?

I used to borrow reamers to do jobs for myself, but try not to anymore. The reason for this is, I got a few through the mail from aquaintances that weren't as good as the owner described, dull, chipped or even with the wrong dimensions from inexperienced sharpening or on the same note wrong angle on the cutter flutes, makeing it to aggressive. Now I buy one from Manson Reamers, in the states, there isn't a problem getting them here, great to deal with and excellent quality. bearhunter

My reamers get made by Dave kiff at PTG ( Pacific tool and Gauge ) also.
He will also send you a print of the reamer if you wish.
PTG's turnaround time is great , and their work is top shelf!
He likely has the 7WSSM on file already, as wwell as a few improved variants!

And just as easy as that Kiff is making me my reamer... :) Looks like I should have a 7mm WSSM after all :) Thanks for the advice folks!

Get him to supply a headspace GO - Gauge as well. That is always needed to correctly chamber.

Well I've got the action and reamer on the way (action is a Remington 700 .300 WSM), next is the barrel (going with an 8" twist polygonally rifled Pac-Nor I believe). Then I just need dies made and a stock (will likely go McMillan, have had a couple AICSs and liked them but wouldn't mind trying something new) Sounds like fun. Try and have it ready for the spring shoot.
