Custom Reticle for Burris XTR II???

Does anyone know where I can find someone to put a custom reticle into a Burris XTR ii?

I find it hard to track the bullet trace through the picket fence with all the large hash marks on the vertical above the point of aim. I'd like that part changed to large and small dots.
 
There are companies out there can help you with custom turrets and not sure anybody will offer your custom reticle other than the manufacturer (Burris in this case).

And I am not aware Burris offer this service but guess you can contact them to find out.
