Custom reticle

Hi!
I have a Bushnell Elite 4500 4-16x40 with DOA reticle. I find its lines and dots too heavy.
I'd like a MOA reticle or a Mil Dot reticle.
Is there a place in Canada doing reticle change or must we go to the american market
for this kind of service??

I'd give Bushnell service department a call and ask them if there is another reticle available that they could install. That would be where I would start.
