Cut, Crown and Thread near GTA

Is there anyone in or near the GTA who can cut, crown and thread a barrel?

Hmmm, maybe a little more information needed. Is the barrel still on the action? Threaded for what? To fit the action or screw on a muzzle break? Does the break need to be timed?
