Cut Rite Meats Calgary

First time I used these guys, it's a bit far for me to go normally, but I had to head into Calgary to that area and took the opportunity to drop this year's whitetail with them. Not the cheapest, but reasonable, and FANTASTIC jerky, will try the sausage tomorrow. For an 'in town' cut shop, I'm impressed and they deserve a note here.

...and the sausage is superb. Just the right consistency and fat content.

I read jerky. I'm interested. Do they sell their own?

No idea, but I'm sure they do. They're recipe's good, especially the hot jerky.
