Never seen any mechanical drawings for one. Nor anything else either. Making one from a picture and a set of calipres wouldn't be that difficult. I suspect the hardest part would be the sight. Here's a good picture. Add the W's.

An original Cutts comp for a chopper runs $200US from these guys. Geez! Mind you, not all chopper models had the compensator.
