I haven't seen any Apex's listed "in stock" at any retailers in Canada. You may want to go to CVA's web site and find out who supplies them in Canada --- they may very well be a special order item.

You could also try contacting CGN member "pbonura" as I believe he had listed an Apex in 30-06 on the EE within the last year. He may be able to tell you from where he originally bought the rifle.
 
basspro (vaughan) is where I purchased my cva apex 30 06. I paid 569 for my apex. I traded my cva apex off for a crossbow. The gun is nice but really the barrels were to damn expensive. Most stores listed them for 400 bucks. Basspro may have the gun, just make sure you can get other barrel calibres. The TC pro hunter has a lot more after market barrels. Another option is to buy the mz gun and pick up another barrel and forearm. Best place is basspro because they can get the barrels from cva. Any questions send me a pm.
 
I have a CVA Apex in a 50 cal muzzle loader rifle, and a 243 barrel is on order. Any dealer should be able to get it for you.

I really like mine, shoots well and carries very nice in the field. Plus it is a lot less money than a Pro Hunter now, those prices have gone insane.
