CX Storm Trigger Woes...

Does anyone know what the .45ACP Storm uses for mags? Are the mags made specifically for the Storm by Beretta, or are they using another brand of pistol mag?
They are the mags from the Cougar...8 rounds...the pistol isn't imported, and it doesn't appear that there are any alternates:(

I handled a .45ACP Storm in a gunshop today, and the mag doesn't have any markings on it whatsoever apart from the numbered witness holes, so it's a "pistol mag". I also noticed that the .45ACP model comes with an upper rail already installed.

True enough. However, the Storm was never designed as a precision rifle with a super smooth, adjustable 2 stage trigger. It is a neat, dependable more than adequately accurate carbine. Heavy trigger, I agree entirely. But I really think the issue is exhagerrated. The trigger feel is not bad enough to warrant getting rid of / not buying the CX4.

Regards,

I completely agree with the above. I knew when I bought my storm it would not have the trigger of a precision rifle. I am surprised to hear about the "gritty" feeling in the trigger others are having. Mine is heavy but not gritty? Do you need to clean your gun?

just wait till the 20 round .45 mags hit the market, and you'll have to pin them to 5.
