CX4 Storm and the handgun ban?

I know the CX4 uses handgun rounds but is technically a carbine. On top of that there is a non-restricted longer barrel version (or am I wrong about that?) How will this firearm be effected if at all by the liberal handgun theft?
 
(of course, we can't loose hope)

But I'm guessing they will try adding in all the restricts, but I'm sure if you had one with a long barrel (non -res), then you will be able to keep it (for now).

It is possible, as I have done, to 'de-restrict' a CX4 by fitting a longer (18"+)
barrel...the cost is ~$600 to fit the longer barrel.
If anyone is interested, Ellwood Epp's is, as far as I know, the only place
offering this service.
For what it's worth, the conversion is handy and accurate...
Your milage may vary, and be aware that contents may have settled..;)

That's right, everything will go if the libs get back in. Tweek I know you're a new guy, go to the Information Center and do some reading. You'll see that the libs hate ALL guns. ALL of them.

Because the libs will no doubt throw you in jail for the rest of your life for hiding guns while at the same time the child molesting killer walks (hes misunderstood....you are a evil gunowner)
