Wow I like ur Storm :) Im thinking this is my next purchase ..... from BC as well, do you mind filling me in on where you purchased it and how much? Also how much were all those accessories on your Storm, I'm thinking half the fun of getting one is modifying it. Also do you need power tools to install the rails or are they very simple to install? If anyone else knows feel free to answer :)

Ha!

Anything that adds weight to someone else's gun can't be all that bad! :D

What are you tring to do ... dampen the recoil of the dreaded .40 cal? :D

Nice pics, though ...

Oh yeah, use an EOTech, not a Red Dot sight ... those little scopes will slow you down.

Speaking of stuck in the 80s...SixStar, you realize you used the term "way cool"...sheesh...geriatric wannabes!:p ;) And as far as being afraid, I am no longer an AR commando...I have moved up to the position of H&K Uber Commando!:p :D

The barrel shroud will help smooth out those barrel harmonics for those longer 30 meter shots...:D

If I squint REALLY hard, it kind of...sort of...well....reminds me of my old Sterling L2A3....sort of. (sniff...)

Edited to add gratuitous grainy B&W photo from sometime in the middle of the last century:

The 80's are over...? When the hell did THAT happen. :(
:D
Watch out for crafty little limey's sneaking an extra round into their Storm mags...
(Why do I keep getting these overwhelming urges to put on white gloves, a patent leather belt with a chrome-plated 1911 and a beret.... )

Driving around in Land Rovers carrying Sterlings....and people wonder why the British Empire crumbled....:p ;)

First you tell me the '80s are gone...and now the Empire...?
Say it ain't so!! :p
Land Rovers and Sterlings were what my army and I used to chase those Irish hooligans around....or were they chasing us...? Memory's fading a bit...
(Once we got our Land Rovers to start, they were fine....stopping was another issue, mind you... )
