Just from the CZUSA website, I saw they have a 16 inch barreled version of the American (not the scout model). Does anyone know if these are available in Canada, and if so, where could I get one? Anyone shooting one up here? Thanks, Peter.

He's the importer.....wont sell to public.....well not to me anyway.

I talked to the importer, he has lots (6) of the scouts and brings them in regularly, but he will only special order the new 452 American 16 as he feels there will be little interest up here due to the end of the barrel being threaded. Apparently these were originally designed for hunting in the UK with it's noise restrictions. ETA on them is 2-4 months upon ordering through your retailer, he was saying an approximate retail rate for the scout is $359 and the 452 16 incher will be about $449. He was very pleasant to speak with - I'm impressed. Thanks everyone on the board for your help.
