Does anybody have one of these. I spotted one on Wanstall's, and am getting the shakes. Methinks I'll need to order one SOON!.

Just got a 455 FS a couple of weeks ago, pretty sweet, average wood. Nice to shoot with the Weaver 3-9x32 AO. Won't be a safe queen, spring gopher season won't come soon enough. Needs the Yo dave kit though.

You won't be dissapointed. The 452 fs is my favorite fs 22 of them all. My 455 fs is the hunter, the 452 fs is the target 22 and the anschutz is the showpiece. I still can't believe how well the 452 fs shoots though. A trigger job is a great idea. All mine like fiocchi std vel.

The more I see the FS the more I'm liking the it! I understand this model has great iron sights too.
I never owned a CZ .22lr rifle (came close a couple times). They're built with nice fit and finish but I dislike the stamped metal trigger guard. It seems like an oversight on such a quality product...IMO.

Enjoy the rifle and update us with a "range report"

Please don't post these pictures: I did work for an older gentleman who showed me his CZ chambered in 6.5X55 with a similar stock. I lusted after that rifle when I first saw it, and whenver I talk with him or see him at the gun show I still ask him if he is selling it? I still lust after that beautiful rifle, and at present I am examining a potential 22 purchase but can't decide which CZ model I want: It would be a varmint configuration, no open sights but wood stock. I'd love the Bavarian style stock but for my intended uses, it wouldn't fit right: Yeah, I know.. get both.

Glad I found this thread: Don't have to start a new one asking opinion and what ammo these really like (although it is possible one I buy would be different)

I just called and confirmed that they had one. Indeed they did, and the fellow was wrapping it as we spoke. BIG SMILE!!!!!

Jader: That is one sweet rifle!

horseman2: No. That is the stock picture. The fellow at Wanstalls said he hasn't seen an FS with ugly wood, so my chances are pretty good!

You'd hate my place then!

I scooped the last 452 FS 22LR that CanadaAmmo had...just received it. She sure is a looker. Didn't shoot it yet but test target has one hole about 1 inch above the bullseye and then a ragged hole in the middle. I suppose 1 round was test fired to see where it lands, adjustments done, and then the remaining four landed just perfect. I lubricated the action parts a bit and boy is ever smooth. Not yet as smooth as my 452 Lux. These are some of the most beautiful "mainstream" rimfire rifles money can buy. Highly recommended.
