The mags are listed as for 455/452, among other models. I recall reading somewhere that 455 magazines have had slight design changes. If so, do they still fit 452s, and feed without problems?

Yes, these are the new magazines with the 'U' shape front cut to fit the 455 rifles too. AFAIK, CZ doesn't ship the old magazines anymore.
