If I was to attempt this I'd start with their varmint model instead (no front sight base) and use a bloop tube up front.

Boyds has the tacticool, which might be suitable, depending on your needs.

Several CZ target stocks are manufactured by Klinsky,CZ. Several people locally have purchased them from a fellow known as Denny (Andreas Jakubec <ajakubec@aol.com>).

He is in the US but ships to Canada.

Don Stith makes a nice stock, won't ship to Canada though, sorry not too helpful.
