CZ 452 Varmint

Sometimes they will, sometimes they don't. If they do, usually they aren't the best fit in the world. I have a pair of 3/8" BKL rings and they won't fit on my CZ style (also 11mm).
I bought the same rig you've got. I ordered a pair of Brooks' 11mm to Weaver adapters. Loctite'd the babies down and now I just slapped on some Millett Angle-Loc rings on top.
My 452 Varmint wears a Kommunist Chinese knock-off Leupold LR/T M1 wannabe scope 3.5 x 10 x 40mm .

LYNX and Millett might do the trick 
I picked up Anschutz rings south of the border.Their nice, but not steel, Should have went with Leupold 11 mm, or the Lynx/Millet.

I have Millett 3/8-inch tip-off ring on my CZ 452 Varmint and they fit very well.
Millett also makes a 11mm set of tip-off rings if you can find them.
BKL also make 11 mm tip-off rings wich are more pricey. I'm not sure but I think
Brooks sells them on his web site.

From what I have read, and witnessed, both are very accurate, real close in accuracy out of the box
3/8" is 9.5250mm
I like the 9-11mm Hawke Mounts from Illingworth Imports. They fit everything from the the 9mm size on the Toz 78, 3/8 American Standard sizes, to the 11mm on the CZ and Anschutz. Some .22's have other dovetail groove sizes too like the 16mm on the older Brno's.
