CZ 455 and 452 iron sight retrofit

Hey all;

Hopefully someone here's an expert, since I haven't found any forum threads relating to this.

I noticed that the CZ 452 Lux and FS have classy tangent ("leaf") iron sights, instead of the fixed ones on the 455.

Does anyone know if it's still possible to buy 452 iron sights, and if so, if it's possible to retrofit them onto a 455?
