CZ 457 Canadian in 22LR Inventory

HI all,

Does anyone know when any Canadian retailers will get the CZ 457 Canadian in 22LR back in stock?

Or when CZ will be sending its next shipment to Canada?

I believe these were discontinued a few years ago. Dealers may still be able to get stock but I don't believe any more will be produced. If I'm wrong then someone please correct me.
 
Just found a “used” one at Reliable gun for good price.. I cannot find any indication this thing was even fired before.. had no intention of buying a gun that day

The Minisets are getting hard to find as well, and most guys are hanging on to their take off barrels. I lucked out and found a 20 inch varmint take off barrel, and judging by the box it came in, the previous owner replaced it with a 24". I put my take off barrel, a 20" supermatch on the EE; like everyone else, I am asking more than I expect to get (all that is left of the sights is the front ramp which is how I got it).

They were always popular, but I think it's more that supply has dried up now. I imagine it's due to some combination of the effects of restructuring from the Colt/CZ deal, and switching up priorities due to the invasion of Ukraine. Either way, hopefully we get some products coming back soon; they've "disontinued" a lot of items on the CZ USA website.
