CZ 457 in Canada?

Has anyone heard of the 457 arriving in Canada? People are already taking delivery south of the border... Lots of talk on Rimfire Central.

I hope something is coming; some 455 are getting very hard to find up here.
 
I've seen 1 listed in canada thus far, not sure if more then 1 even made it into the country
 
Al Flaherty has a couple models listed, but none in stock. If I remember correctly, Corlanes had a few examples of the Royale, but they were unlisted and overpriced and you had to call to place an order (as per their instagram page). Probably out of stock there too. Doubt we will see them in large numbers till spring. Just in time for tax returns I guess.

900 is steep
 
It's nice that they addressed the bolt throw. That was the main reason I never bought one years ago.

Where did you see $900?

US MSRP are at Lipsey's site

With the 457 American under $500 USD I can see 'maybe' $725 at Cabela's, with others discounting.

Still a high price point for a 22LR -the Tikka T1x is $650 with plastic everything. The nice wood of the CZ is worth the price jump into the 700's IMHO.

Will have to wait and see.

the royal lists for pretty close to $900 in canada, there is a royal 17hmr in stock and ready to ship for 899.oo at a site sponsor
