Cz 457 mag well insert

Trying to track down somewhere that has a cz 457 mag well insert. I got a rifle in .17hmr. I have a .22 barrel as well but I am having a hard time tracking down the mag well insert, would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I would also purchase one if someone has one laying around.
 
Probably the block - not sure if 455 and 457 are same though. Here is a metal one for 455
