CZ 457 MTR Firing Pin Defect?

I recently purchased a CZ 457 Varmint MTR but haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the firing pin has a pronounced rounding on one side, along with a visible nick. I reached out to CZ about this, but it's been a week, and I haven't received a response. Should I be concerned about this issue? Has anyone else encountered something similar?

BTW, that is not a 'critical' point of the FP, so it should 'work'. It should be replaced since it indicates a weakness of that metal that may continue to fail.

My 1st 457 had a firing pin that had its finish flaking off and creating friction. Contacted Wolverine, they had a replacement to me as soon as they hit Canadian shores. In the meantime I lightly sanded and polished the effected area and continued competing with it. Still haven’t swapped it out for the new one. As Buck1950 stated, not critical, I would make sure there’s no snag points with 220,400,600, and above sand paper then finish off with felt/micro fibre rag with polish added. (Dremel no abrasive felt rotary tool also works wonders)

Thank you all. I just sent an email to Wolverine and will resort to sanding that part off if it's not covered by the warranty.
