Whats wrong with the tikka magazine

Same with Hardhammer. Failure to feed. Bullet stands up in 2 of the 5 mags I have, usually first round.

I wound up buying some Canadian made 15 rounders made out of aluminum. Pricey but worth it IMHO

I think the only way to be truly certain which is best is to buy both, and give me the one you end up liking less. I’ll be 100% happy with whichever one it is.

I have the 457 Varmint in the wooden stock. I love it. At 50 yards it'll shoot one hole groups.

I looked at both and was interested in a 22 gopher gun. A T1X came available and got it scoped up.
Mine will shoot close to 1" with CCI SV and Blazer at 100 yards.
Nice handy little rifle.
The CZ457 in 22WMR was sighted in at the club for a friend. This cartridge had never been fired by me before.
So shopped for a similar rifle and bought one. With both40 and 50 grain bullets it shoots just over an inch at 100 yards.
