Cz 512 wmr help

Hello , I've read all the reviews about how trouble free these are and have found exception with mine . Maybe a week spot or problem ??
One of the spring guide rods has broken after firing 8 rounds . New to me , purchased used ,the rod guides ( both ) were loose and wobbled about
1/16-1/8 " . ( initial inspection)

Are these rods solid or loose on a new rifle ?

I'm thinking of re attaching with Devcon until I can source new parts

Mixing the devcon and bumping for exposure to cz512 owners , I imagine the 22lr might be the same - solid or wiggly spring guide rods ?

In what way is the gun failing? Perhaps it's ammo related or cleaning related. It would be pretty awful if the problem was with a part or a breakage.
