cz 527 front sight post

I put a NECG Patridge on mine, if you don't like posts, they make a selection of CZ sight inserts, including fiber optic beads, and each insert is available in a variety of heights. Google New England Custom Gun.



 
Nice... I like that front sight Boomer. Have seen their receiver mounted rear site but didn't know about this one. Like that a lot. The visual contrast is great.

Not sure what they call it a Partridge sight though.
 
Patridge is the designer referred to most often for this sloped forward on the back edge style sight. It's a handgun sight intended to aid speed of draw from holsters. Lots of folks use this style of sight on rifles as these don't hang up on brush and as shown in the pics, they reflect ambient light better than a 90 degree back-cut sight when fitted with a brass or colored plastic insert.

Learn something new everyday .... thanks for the info SS.

Would like to see more rifle sights with brass. Anyone else making these for other rifle models?
