I remember reading a few years ago that the striker/firing pin spring has to be changed out on the CZ 527 in 7.62x39 USSR. anyone do this? where did you get stronger spring for the harder military primers?

I have one and mine shoot fine but with coated shell it has a sticky extraction. Tight Chamber

Any gunsmith can get yiu a stronger spring.

I have had no issues shooting Czech surplus in my 527. It was purchased new about 2 years ago. I think they started putting stronger springs in them in more recent production rifles.

My original would not reliably fire the surplus norinco I purchased. I installed a new spring from J&P Custom Products and so far so good with this ammo. jnpgunsprins.com $14.50 US
