CZ 527 Rings and Bases

I need slightly higher rings for my CZ 527 to allow for a slightly larger objective scope. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a dealer with what I am looking for? I can only seem to see one height rings on the CZ website. I am gonna need a new base as well unless I can find a replacement screw for the one of the bases as I stripped it all to hell. Any help is appreciated.

Western Gun Parts also has the Warne rings. I have a pair on my CZ:

I used the high rings and the bolt handle just barely clears the eyepiece with a Nikon Buckmasters 4.5-14x40mm scope. Unless the bolt handle is modified, this is usually what drives ring height more so than objective diameter on these rifles. I believe that the CZ brand rings are also fairly high.
