CZ 527 Varmint 223 Optics Recommendations

Just purchased a new CZ 223 and could use some advise on a scope. I've had the Bushnell 3200 3x9 on a few guns. Most of my serious hunting rifles carry the VX-III scopes. Need something for my new 223. Trying not to break the bank and keeping it around $450-$800.

My new Savage .223 wears a Millett TRS-1 and I love it so far. They're about $430

I'd say Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50, but some guys will poop on my head for that. That's what I'm running, and very happy with it.

Otherwise, go with a Sightron SIII or SII... heard nothing but good things about them! Don't skimp out on optics on that fine rifle... you'll regret it!

Think about matching the scope with you want to do with the gun.

Here is mine wearing a VXL 6.5-20x56, with your budget I would look for a used 4.5-14x40/50 VX3 or VXIII
