1) you could build a far better custom rifle for the $4500 CDN dollars you would spend. (Robertson Composites sells Stiller actions and their own stocks. You could walk out of there for 2 grand and have top of the line kit... as for barrels and plumbing... well under a grand)
2) CZ actions are not historically very stiff
3) 1:14?? I have never seen a 338LM with anything more than a 10" twist, most opting for 9.35 or 9.4" twists. 1:14?? wassup with that??
