CZ 550 Varmint

I've been shooting my CZ 550 Varminter in 308 win caliber for some time now. I love shooting that rifle but when properly mounted tactical scope and zeroed at 200, it consumes about 60% of my elevation adjustment, which in turn leaves me with little left for long ranges ( 600m +). I already got my gunsmith onto this since cannot find anything on the market that would give me an extra 20 MOA slope, being rail or rings. The only option seems to be to get a picatinny 20 MOA rail and drill/tap/mount it directly into the receiver. Does anyone know of any supplier that might have a cure for my problem ?

Perhaps Burris Signature Zee rings? The inserts should give you your needed 20 MOA of cant.

that would require the mounting of a Weaver base first... might as well go for that farrell base...
