Cz 550

I'm thinking about maybe getting a CZ 550 in 9.3 x 62 mm. Does anyone here have one or any experience with the CZ rifles? How about the 9.3 x 62? It looks an awful lot like the .35 Whelen.

I have the 550 american in 375 H&H.Love the rifle,the set trigger works great for me and the heavy weight of it sure soaks up the recoil.The only complaint with it is the magazine spring will rattle unless 4 or five rounds are in it.Apparently you can get a heavier spring but since I haven't bothered it must be not too big of a deal.The front sight shroud is angled wrong as it can catch on brush when you are making your way through the thick stuff.My rifle is very accurate with pretty much every load I have put through it as well.

Thanks for the info. They sure look like an awesome rifle. Nice wood and that long bolt handle looks like it would be pretty slick. I really like the idea of the set trigger.
