Anyone have feedback on these rifles? Im thinking of going with one in 308 for my all purpose hunting rifle. Like the idea of back up irons and has a classic hunting rifle look, getting a bit bored of the plastic stocked rifles. Is this a true short action or is it blocked like the tikka's?

Following
I love the look of the CZ Ranger and its design but is it heavier than most rifles
 
I had one and really liked it. High old world build quality, accurate and robust. They run heavy. My barrel channel was off center though so make sure you can inspect before purchase. Another member here also reported same condition for his.
