Cz 557 front sight

So. I would like to remove the front sight off of my 557.. however when I remove the screw it is still
Firmly attached.. I assume by some sort of epoxy? Does anyone have any insight for a do it yourself solution?
I looked on you tube and googled/DuckDuckGo’d it.. but all I can find is videos of people re attaching the sight.. thanks in advance.
