CZ 58 - .223/5.56 Nooby Question...

Super quick nooby question - is the VZ 58 (non-7.62) a .223 or 5.56?

I ask as I thought it was 5.56 but dealers seem to list it as a .223.

I understand they are almost exactly the same, but my understanding is that a 5.56 can take any .223 without issue, while the opposite may or may not be true (leaving that one to other very well hashed out threads).

I forget what's stamped on mine. But I know CSA's website says you can run both calibres in the rifle with no issues. Sometimes they have to be marked as .223 or they are harder to export so I've heard.
