CZ-600 Trail Rifle.

Do not purchase any of these rifles. I have a CZ 600 trail in .223 and had to send it in for warrenty repair the stock failed and would collapse under recoil and consistent failure to fire with specific ammo types. This was 10 months ago and I still have not received the rifle back yet from warrenty repair.

Thanks for the warning, it's very unfortunate that quality control and customer service took such a dump! I almost pulled the trigger on one in 7.62x39 a few weeks ago...

As for this thread, those expecting "sniper rifle" accuracy out of these fail to see the point. This is a "trail" rifle - a collapsible COMPACT non-semi rifle in a rifle caliber, short barrel and backpack carry capability for camping or hiking. It is NOT meant for competitions, combat or even regular hunting. There are far better options for those things and you shouldn't use a hammer when you need precision pliers, lol.

As per online tests and reviews (video example below), the flexible chassis and the floppy wire stock are the reason this rifle suffers from a "floating zero" like the good'ole No5 Enfield Jungle Carbines.

I was cool with that same shortcoming as when I got my No5 Jungle carbines way back in the good ole days, however I am not cool with parts breaking on the gun or failures to fire. That, right there, makes the gun effectively unreliable and therefore useless when you need it most. The No5 Jungle may have a "floating zero", but it goes BANG every time you need it to.
