I picked this up used a month or so ago. Just got finished a club level IDPA match with it and all I can say is WOW. This gun makes me better. I have a long way to go as a shooter but this gun is just excellent.
When I got it, it had a 13lb main spring, competition hammer and a pretty slick trigger job done. After I got it and fired it I found I hated the slim safety so I swapped it for the wider safety from the regular SP-01. While I liked the stock Shadowline grips I wanted something different, something that would set this gun apart. So I picked up the thin red grips with grip tape cutouts. I was initially worried I wouldnt like them as much because they arent fully serrated but after shooting it the grip tape is in the perfect location and feels excellent.
I was a "decent" shooter before owning this gun. By no means great. But with the light trigger and extra weight of the all metal CZ and the SP-01 frame on top of that its just so accurate. The sights are excellent as they are but id really like to upgrade to an adjustable rear sight and find some black grip screws. Other than that, I dont want to change a thing. Its perfect and is the perfect gun for me. Just wanted to show it off a bit.
