01. Can I add aftermarket rubber or "deresonator" pads to the base of my magazines, just for protection, not to increase capacity?
02. Can I add weights to the bottom of my OFM magazines, provided they don't increase capacity?

Ok, issue number one (I don't know why this bugs me, but it does 
) :
Production is a DIVISION in IPSC.. A DIVISION... Not a Class... A class is GrandMaster, Master, A, B, C, or D
You can also buy reduced power recoil and main springs, and a competition hammer from CZ-USA which will greatly smooth out and/or reduce both SA and DA trigger pull on your CZ (since, through some magic, CZ-USA was deemed to be OFM for CZs). Between that, sights, mags, etc, there is really nothing more you'd need.
