I have not fired my CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow for a year, but I store it with oil in the barrel in a dry gun cabinet. Is this just copper fouling?

Patches come through with a small amount of black residue. I think that is just carbon fouling that I missed when cleaning it.

It only looks like that when I use my camera flash at an angle. Looking down the barrel at a light it looks spotless.

I hope so. The light-coloured streaks look like copper to me. The darker streaks on the lands are a little worrying. If it was rust, would I see brownish-red stains on a patch when cleaning?

I just remembered that the last ammo I shot out of it was Remington UMC. I did notice that it was unusually dirty after shooting 100 rounds of that stuff. Also, I clean my pistols using M-Pro7. Maybe I need to try something stronger to get rid of this.

Copper Fouling, very common and normal. Copperzilla worked for me instantly. Ballistol is my next in line. But if you have time to soak at least overnight, WD40 will do the trick. BEWARE, WD40 is not a lubricant. Use WD40 and wipe it clean and dry. Then, use your favorite CLP as a finishing and lubricating coat.

Wipe Out is an excellent copper remover, I had very good results with Rem Brite Bore.
Soak barrel in zip lock for 30 mins.
