Just recently, my CZ-75 Pre B slide stop broke and I replaced with one of the newer CZ-75 slide stop.
Took it out the range, I notice that there would be a fail to feed or when it fire it last round, the slide does't lock back.
Do you know, what could be the issue.

Thanks

The new stop may have a slight burr which needs to be smoothed off to let it fit past the bullet nose. Or if you're using a heavier or oddly shaped bullet you may need to trim the stop a hair.

You can examine this more easily by field stripping the gun so the slide and barrel is gone. Then put in a full magazine and the slide stop and closely examine how the bullets move and work around the finger of the slide stop.

Note that you need to push down the stop to simulate the position it will have when the slide is in place. And in fact, you may find that you can use the slide for this test but without the barrel in place. You'd be looking in through the ejection port in this case to see what's what.

My own pre b 75 took the newly made slide stop just fine. But I use 125gn bullets. If you're using the fatter 147's you might be running into an issue of the nose contacting the stop's magazine finger.
