Hey

I have a 75TS and have been having problems with it double feeding. Next round jamming against the case being extracted. Has anyone with a 75TS had any problems like this. I have tried different loads factory and reloads, changed recoil spring, tried with and without the recoil buffer. After the gun is cleaned and cold I can fire 15-30 rounds before problem starts. I am wondering if it could be because of the heat in the barrel. If any can give me any insight it would be appreciated.

Check and see if the magazines are working properly. Could be the slide as well, the part that pushes the round into the chamber may be a bit too low.

Remove the extractor and clean behind it.

You must drive it out from the top. Careful, there is a spring behind it.

Very likely it is crap in behind your extractor.

Thanks

I have the problem with all 4 of the mags that came new with the gun and problem happens with all of them.

I have cleaned behind the extractor but it did not do the trick.

Any other ideas?

buy 1million magz and put one in each...

I still think that tab under the firing pin is too low so it's catching 2 rounds at the same time. Take some pictures of the under side of the slide as well as the magz with and without ammo and post it. Or send it to jixianghu@gmail.com

I've got exactly the same problem with a FEG that looks just like the CZ75, when I think of it, when I use jacketed bullets but, the problem clears right up when I load it with lead bullets, it has me puzzled too. To the point I have given up on using jacketed bullets in it. I'm sure that when you find a cure for your gun it will also work for mine. I'm rooting for you.

I had a similar problem with a used CZ85 that drove the previous owner nuts.

It turned out to be the slide stop binding on the second round in the magazine, enough to foul proper feeding. I ended up dressing the stop down enough that it has absolutely no possible contact with the ammunition when the magazine is inserted.

To check, separate the frame and slide. Insert a loaded magazine into the slide and check for clearance.

I have not had a jam since filing it down.
