CZ 805 whos the CZ importer

Just a quick question about the CZ 805

looks interesting if we could get it in semi mode, who is the importer of CZ firearms in Canada and would their be enough interest to see if we could get this imported into Canada.

i posted a thread some time ago with details about the 805. CZ is going to start supplying rifles the the Czech armed forces in november of this year. so we may not (this is purely a guess) see the 805 or the EVO 3 till sometime mid next year, once production and receivership of the armed forces rifle is while under away. again this is my thinking aloud and thus i could be wrong.

well it as interchangeable barrels, so CZ says yet to see any real proof. so one could in theory buy a restricted version with the standard or carbine barrel and then order from CZ the longer barrel install in and could get it reclassified.

The modular system of this weapon provides for numerous versions and modifications of the basic model of the assault rifle, especially the shortened barrel version (compact version), the light sniper rifle version or even the conversion into the light machine-gun.

Probably, if the barrel is long enough. I don't think there'll be civilian versions until CZ-UB finishes their military delivery, though.

Looks ###y, so I'll probably get one if they make a civvie version, even if it means waiting two or three years. (Would give me time to save up money, too...)
