There are a lot of people more qualified than me to reply, but I will jump in (and probably would have answered if this was posted in the Pistols/Revolvers forum or Action Shooting)...
The CZ-75/CZ-85 has a large following in the IPSC competition world. The fire control is the same for all of the CZ-75/CZ-85, CZ-75 SP01, CZ-75 Shadow etc. and the same techniques apply.
A lot of it are things that you can do yourself if you are so inclined (watch out for the tiny springs on the safeties going flying into the room when you take the sear cage out).
The trigger will smooth out a lot as the parts wear in to each other so you could just dry-fire it a lot of time.
Replacing the mainspring with a lower power will improve the double action trigger pull weight. Polishing the trigger bar and parts in the sear cage will help smooth everything. Installing the competition hammer would be the next step up.
Lot's of info in the Action Shooting forum if you search.
