Hi there!
SO.
I want these two things. SOON.
NOW.

However, as most of you know, I prefer non-restricted things, for obvious reasons, forest shooting, using in student films outdoors etc,
SO , I'd prefer to get non-restricted variants of these fellows.

But, the stocks are confusing me a bit, so could you folks clarify,

The 858-2, with the long-ish barrel, when used with a folding stock , is that non-restricted?

and the Krinker, the SHORT barreled one with the muzzle break, when used with a folding stock, is THAT non-restricted?
if NOT, is the LONG barreled one (fake supressor) with a folding stock, non-restricted?

thanks so much for helping me out!

I believe the Krinker with fake suppressor (16" barrel) and folding stock meets the minimum length requirements.

CZ858 is non-restricted always.

excellent ok.

the 858 with folder, thats great news. wonderful.
I must admit I'd PREFER the krinker with the short barrel and muzzle break, but the longer one is still totally awesome.

and i'd prefer getting the SLIGHTLY less wanted one if it means I can actually use it anywhere.
good good.
thanks all!

now then..
who has these two guys for sale together right now!
GIMMIE.

You can have the 8" Krinker if the stock is welded and the flash hider is permently attached. The OAL is then over 26" and the 10/22 stays non-restricted. I could sell you mine but I like it way too much:D Have fun when you get your new toys.

I thought the Krinker was recently reclassified as restricted because the stock, as designed, was made to fold.

I agree folding is unnecessary and meh, BUT. its the cool factor i'm after.

AND, i must say, here's what my preference is:
with the stock OPEN, the long barreled one looks better (to me)
and with the stock CLOSED, the short barreled one looks better, (to me)
Seeing as how I'll usually shoot it with the stock OPEN, the long barreled one is a better choice, so I'm happy.
