CZ 858 muzzle brake

I installed my CZ 858 muzzle brake but I have a question for you guys. THe brake comes with a small piece to put between the brake and the end of the threads on the barrel but if I put it on the actual brake does not screw on far enough so the pin can not lock it in place. Is it better to not put on the small extra piece and just leave a small gap but have the brake locked in place by the pin OR would you put the small piece on and have it so the brake does not lock in place by the pin?

You don't need that spacer as long as your brake is not wobbly when the lock pin engages. The pin also ensures that the brake is properly aligned, keep that in mind.

THanks, that is what I figured. It stays in place without the spacer.

pretty much most pipe supply places, u might get luck with homedepot, or rona.
