I've noticed that when I chamber a round in my CZ 858 and then unchamber the round without pulling the trigger, there is a small but noticeable dent in the primer.
I don't think this is the "gremlin" as it works just fine, no problems with surplus ammo.
I've read some posts here in the past (don't remember where) where this is discussed as not being that big of an issue as the surplus ammo is designed to take this kind of thing.
I'd really like to take my CZ 858 hunting this fall. Obviously I can't use the surplus ammo for hunting.
So my questions for everybody;
Does this happen on your CZ 858? Does it happen with every rifle or does this only happen with some rifles?
Is it a big deal?
How do I fix it?
