CZ 858...question about the sights?

Hello everyone again. I had another active thread going about a CZ 858, and it was closed do to arguments. So lets try to keep this one clean, with no fighting okay guys

My question is:

Are the Sights on a CZ the exact same as the SKS sights? Are they interchangeable? (I have experience with a SKS, so I know what the sights are like)

If not, is there any good upgrades for the CZ sights?

Williams Firesights are available for the SKS, is there any upgraded sights like that for teh CZ 858?

Also, how much $$$ is a good Scope Base set-up, that would allow you to mount a proper scope? (not a scout scope)

Totaly different sights, not interchangable.
Fibre-optic front and rear sights available through neit arms, wolverine etc...
same for mounts for scopes etc..

Okay thanks. Since the CZ sights are different then that on the SKS, are the CZ sights superior to the SKS sights?

Neitarms.com sells fiber optic sites. I have dealt with them in the past and they are excellent to deal with.

Coincidentally they also sell scope mounts made by North Eastern Arms that look pretty good.

Best iron sight set-up for 50 meter's or less would have to be Rauch Tactical rear peep sight with the NEA front fibber optic post. If you want I can post pics but in the end it's up to the user.

The factory 858 sights are the cats ass. I can consistantly hit a (roughly) 12" gong at 300 meters with a spotter w/binoculars. I prefer them over the standard sights on my XCR, my M1A, and AR. Maybe I have just used the 858 more, I dunno.
