CZ 858 Question

I have a CZ 858 and I love it I have a small question does the SKS site tool work to adjust the front site and can I use a SKS front site post? Also has anyone tried to modify the SKS SOCOM by leapers to fit the CZ?

yes, you may use the sks sight tool on your cz858 to adjust the windage... i dont quite understand your second question, if you are asking if you can use a sks front sight post in your cz858 , the answer would be no cos they look like different sizes.
